Ik heb sinds een paar dagen last van realsearch als startpagina en ongewenste items bij mijn favorieten. AdAware en Spybot helpen me er niet van af. Wie kan mij helpen?

* Sluit alle open vensters behalve hijackthis en klik: Fix Checked.

* Start nu je pc op in VEILIGE MODE. Hoe start ik in veilige mode op.

* Zoek daarna via verkenner volgende items en verwijder deze manueel indien nog aanwezig:

* Start CWShredder en klik op FIX

* Start Ccleaner en klik op Run Cleaner (rechts onderaan)

Verwijder daarna ook die ongewenste items in je favorieten.

* Reboot je pc terug normaal en post een nieuw hijackthislogje.

Inderdaad.. ziet er weer keurig uit! Well done!

Hoe zo'n toestanden voorkomen:

Download en installeer alvast Hitman Pro
Kijk op de site hoe je het programma juist moet instellen (screenshot aanwezig)
Dit is een automatische tool die een volledige systeemscan doet met verschillende antispywarescanners zoals spybot s&d, adaware se, spysweeper.. Ook installeert het spywareblaster en configureert die automatisch voor je. Je hoeft gewoon niks te doen, Hitman Pro doet dit allemaal automatisch voor je, alsook het updaten van je antispywarescanners. Als je al bepaalde programma's hebt die Hitman ook bevat, dan is het niet nodig om deze te deïnstalleren. Laat Hitman Pro regelmatig runnen.

Tijdens het surfen, klik niet overal klakkeloos op ja als je dit gevraagd wordt... doe dit enkel wanneer je het volledig vertrouwt.

En kies eventueel een alternatieve browser zoals Opera of Firefox.

En ik raad je ook aan om af en toe een online virusscan uit te voeren. housecall en/of Bitdefender. Want, wat de ene scanner niet kan vinden, kan een andere misschien wel.
Zorg er ook voor dat je virusscanner die op je systeem geïnstalleerd is altijd up to date is!!

En... geregeld eens een bezoekje brengen aan: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ want je hebt SP2 nog niet en dat raad ik je wel sterk aan!

problemen flashplayer

na bovenstaande actie werkt mijn browser IE 6.0 naar behoren, maar:

ik krijg bij diverse sites de macromedia melding of ik de Flashplayer 7.0 wil installeren. Dat wil ik, maar het lukt me niet de Flashplayer te downloaden.

de stand-alone versie, middels een andere pc gedownload vanaf macromedia.com, kan ik op zich wel installeren maar de meldingen of ik Flasplayer 7.0 wil downloaden en uitvoeren blijven komen.

Wat kan dat zijn?

Dus ik veronderstel dat het hier is waar je hem van download.. of toch probeert tenminste?:

Krijg je een foutmelding als je die download? Start de download niet?

Ja.

Na het klikken op de download-button verschijnt nog tweemaal de pop-up "wilt u Macromedia Flasplayer downloaden etc". Daarbij klik ik volgens de instructie van Macromedia op "ja", maar vervolgens gebeurt er niets. De explorer-taakbalk geeft de melding 'gereed'.

Heb je een popupblocker? Zet die dan even af.
Beter ook om eens je firewall af te zetten en kijken of het dan lukt om te downloaden.
Kijk ook eens in je internetopties of dit allemaal niet te 'streng' staat ingesteld. Zet eens alles terug op standaardinstellingen.
Zoek ook eens via je verkenner naar volgende: flashplayer7installer.exe
Misschien is die al gedownload.. maar weet je gewoon niet naar waar.
Dan is het nog gewoon een kwestie van installeren.
