Pc maakt veel herrie & startpagina kan niet worden gewijzigd

Beste mensen, sinds kort maakt mijn pc veel herrie, tijdens het opstarten en daarna. Dit had ik in het begin helemaal niet. Ik vind het vreemd omdat mijn pc nogal snel is. Als iemand mij hierbij kan helpen stel ik het zeer op prijs mvg

Intel core 2CPU E6600 2.4 ghz
Geheugen RAM 2048 mb
Harde schijf: 500 GB waarvan 130 gebruikt
